Refund policy
We make it easy with free shipping on all returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. During the holiday season, our policy is extended through January 15th.
To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that original shipping charges are not refundable. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right. Items that are worn, stained, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for a refund.
Promotional Items
If an order is fully returned, any promotional items included must also be returned. If a promotional item is not returned, its retail value will be deducted from the refund.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards are non-returnable. However, any products purchased with a gift card are still eligible for returns or exchanges.
Exchanges
We make exchanges simple. If your request is within 30 days of receiving your order, it’s automatically approved through our return portal. You’ll instantly receive a prepaid return label and instructions, making it quick and hassle-free to swap for a new size, color, or product.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once your return is received and inspected. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at hello@birdieretriever.com.
